Hey guys, how are you?

I'm currently looking for a good one-handed PC controller for MMORPGS (Age of Conan looks sick, so I want to join in on the decapitating action ). The Belkin n52 series looks pretty amazing, but I'm hesitant to make a purchase because I need the controller to be usable with the right hand instead of the left.

Is it possible to swap the Belkins from left-handed to right-handed? Or are there comperable controllers that can be used right-handed?

Thanks!

I just sent a request to the belkin folks. I am not sure. I am playing AOC with one hand as we speak. I am using a mouse and a new ergodex. So far so good. I use the mouse to loot, all other things I do with the ergodex.

I know I have been in love with this thing as of late, but it is that useful.

More later

Okay I am back, I was typing the post above on my phone, carpool, so I have little to do.

You can see the review Camilya did on the Ergodex here http://ablegamers.com/Peripheral-Reviews/DX1-Gaming-Keyboard-from-Ergodex.html

I will also report back if I hear something from the brlkin people.

BTW, Welcome to AbleGamers Nightslyr!

Hey, thanks for the welcome!

Any idea how thick the wristpad is on the Ergodex? I can't really bend my wrists (both of them) up, nor can I raise my arms for any real length of time, so I'd need to have a relatively thick pad to rest on in order to press the keys with any sort of coordination. I'm thinking (rough estimates) 1' - 1.5' would be perfect for my right hand, and 2' - 2.5' for the left.

And that's actually one of the reasons why I was looking at a Belkin. The pad, at least from the images I've seen, appears to be pretty thick. I was hoping for a right-handed variant because my fingers work a bit better on that side compared to the other.

In any event, thanks for the responses. I'm interested in reading Belkin's reply.

Thanks for the pics.

Hmm...the padding looks too thin out of the box. Could always retrofit it...add some more padding, that sort of thing. Have you heard from Belkin at all? I'd use one of those in a perfect world (thumb stick = hotness).
